Roses!

Here are some pictures of my roses that I took last weekend. And I plan on taking more this weekend!



This rose is called "Belinda's Dream", and is a very sturdy rose – it was cut down to the ground by an over–enthusiastic lawn man last year(it had been overgrown by grass)



This is a bourbon rose – the bourbons not only have the beatiful heavily petalled flowers, but also a wonderful heavy scent. This is of course, the hardest rose in my garden to get to!


I'm not even sure which bush this came from – I have several different pink roses:


This is my very favorite rose the Lafter. It's named after someone, but I could definitely fill my garden with Lafter and be happy.

Those are absolutely beautiful! I am envious. I've tried and tried to grow roses with no success.
